Who can apply for contractor discounts?
The Rustica trade program is for contractors, home builders, architects, interior designers and other design-based professionals, including hospitality and commercial projects. Applications are reviewed for eligibility.
How much is the trade discount?
Approved trade partners receive an extra 20% off Rustica’s direct-to-consumer product pricing, subject to the program terms. Sign in with your approved trade account and confirm the pricing shown in your cart before placing the order.
Can I use my existing Rustica account?
Yes. Sign in with your existing account below to access the trade application. If you do not have an account, create one first and then complete the questionnaire.
Can you help with a whole-home door package?
Whole-home package discounts are a listed trade benefit. Bring your door schedule, opening dimensions, preferred materials and project timing to your dedicated design manager.
How do tax-exempt orders work?
Provide your tax exemption certificate before ordering and wait until the order shows no tax charge. The program details below explain the existing tax-exemption policy.

Tax-exempt purchases
If you are TAX EXEMPT please provide your tax exemption certificate to us BEFORE placing your order. Do NOT submit your order until you see that tax is not being charged. Should you place your order with tax being charged you are accepting that cost and Rustica will be passing those taxes to the appropriate tax authority for your area. Rustica is not responsible to refund tax, however, you may be able to receive it from your local tax authority and should contact them.
Trade Partner Agreement
Rustica provides discounted pricing to Trade Partners under the following terms, conditions and program guidelines. The Rustica website should serve as the source for all information about Rustica products including but not limited to, images, styles, options, selections, build times and policies.
Trade Partners are not allowed to use any Rustica images or other information on any other websites without express written permission.
Trade Partners are not allowed to sell Rustica products on their own web page or advertise specific Rustica products on the internet.
Any and all money returned to Trade Partners is processed as Rustica Store Credit on your account to be used for future purposes.
The discounted pricing is applicable only to orders placed through the Trade Partners login in the Rustica website.
