How do I earn Rustica Rewards loyalty dollars?
Every time you make a purchase you earn 3%. It is that simple. You can use all or part of your rewards dollars toward your next purchase.
How much do I earn?
Rustica Rewards members earn 3% back on all qualifying purchases. Most all products qualify. Rewards are not earned on taxes, shipping, eGift cards, custom orders, and installation services. See our terms and conditions for the complete details.
How do I join the Rustica Rewards loyalty program?
Simply select product to purchase and add it your shopping cart for a quick preview of what your Rustica Rewards will be. Once you check out you are automatically enrolled and will earn 3% back on that purchase (which is eligible to be used toward your next purchase) as well as any qualifying purchase moving forward.
Are there limitations on earning rewards?
Rustica Rewards are not earned on taxes, shipping, eGift cards, custom orders, installation services, donations, purchases made with a store credit card, gift card, or merchandise card. Volume purchases (single purchases over $10,000.00) also do not earn Rustica Rewards. Any purchase, or portion of a purchase, made with Rustica Rewards will not earn rewards. Rewards can currently be earned on U.S. and Puerto Rico purchases only. Orders placed or shipments delivered outside the United States or Puerto Rico are not currently eligible to earn rewards.
Where can I earn rewards?
You can earn 3% back in rewards every time you shop with Rustica. Purchases can be made online and over the phone (1-800-891-8312) with our designers and customer care agents.
How are my loyalty rewards tracked?
We use the email address you provide to us when placing your order to track your Rustica Rewards loyalty dollars. Please use the same email address each time you shop and checkout.
How can I see my Rustica Rewards balance?
Call 1-800-891-8312 to speak with a customer care agent or designer over the phone to get your rewards balance.
Do my Rustica Rewards expire?
Shop with us a minimum of once within a 12 month period to keep your rewards dollars from expiring. After 12 months of no shopping activity your rewards will expire and will not be able to be redeemed.
Can I transfer my rewards to another person?
Currently we do not support the transfer of rewards.
Are members of Rustica's trade and showroom programs eligible to earn loyalty rewards?
Yes! You get 3% back for every purchase! Design professionals, trade members and qualified showrooms can earn rewards.

Can I cash in my Rustica Rewards dollars?
We do not offer cash back for Rustica Rewards dollars.
What if I make a purchase and then return it, will I loose my rewards dollars?
Yes, you are eligible for rewards dollars only on product you purchase and do not return.
Can I earn Rustica Rewards dollars from purchases I make on third party websites (HomeDepot.com, Amazon.com, etc.) that carry Rustica branded products?
We do not offer this service at this time. Rustica Rewards dollars are granted for purchases made directly on the Rustica.com website only.
Rustica Rewards Promise.
If you purchased in the past 3 days and were unable to use an offer for any reason outside of standard offer exclusions (didn’t see the code, purchased outside of the Promotional period, etc.), we will honor the discount you would have received on your recent order in the form of Rustica Rewards. You must contact our Customer Service team to request your Rewards as Rewards will not automatically apply. Rewards allotted per our Rustica Rewards Promise cannot be used on past orders.
