Rustica Will Call Important Information
Thank you for your interest in Rustica's products. Our beautiful custom doors are now available to be ordered for pick up at our facility. Please review the information below so you are completely informed about the process and policies to Will Call orders. Thanks
Will Call hours are from 7am-2pm Monday - Thursday (except holidays)
No pick ups on Friday, Saturday or Sunday and holidays
We can not make appointments for the same day
Please schedule your pickup within 5 days of notification
The scheduler is only available for the next 5 available pick up days
Once scheduled please make sure you have appropriate transportation for your order.
Hardware only orders you only need to be concerned about a maximum of an 8ft long box.
Door orders without a crate will basically be the overall size of the door or jamb +2 in for bubble wrap.
Door orders in a crate are estimated to be 1ft wider and 2ft taller than the overall size of the door or jamb, however it could be larger. If both the width and the length of the crate are both over 86” then the sidelights and or transom will not be attached to the door. The crate size will not be as wide, but it will be deeper with the sidelight stacked on top.
At your selected pickup time please visit us on the south side of the building at 1060 Spring Creek Place. There is a ramp on the far left and next to it a door with a bell. See map below. If your door is bubble wrapped, remember to bring any additional protective shipping materials. Also, remember straps and tie downs as needed. Thank you!
Here is some additional important information.
In order to prevent damage, prehung doors are not set on the hinges and placed in the jamb. This should be done during the installation process.
Rustica will gladly assist you with putting your door in your truck, trailer or other means of transportation assuming that the transportation provided is reasonable.
If your door is ordered with bubble wrap, it will come in bubble wrap. It is your responsibility to provide the extra shipping protection.
Protecting a bubble wrapped door during transportation is your responsibility. Rustica is not responsible for any damage done during transportation.
If your door is ordered in a crate Rustica will take responsibility for the door until the crate is opened, assuming the crate is not damaged during transportation.
You are responsible for securing your door for transportation and Rustica is not responsible for any damage done due to improper securing during transportation.
Please pick up your door within 5 business days of notification. Doors that are left for longer than 5 business days of notification will be subject to $50 storage fee per calendar day.
Doors not picked up after 30 calendar days will be considered "canceled orders" and will be processed under the canceled order policy: https://rustica.com/terms-conditions/
Canceled orders will be 50% credited against future Rustica orders. Those funds go to your Rustica Rewards Account and can be used for Rustica products on www.rustica.com.
If you miss your WIll Call appointment please make another. We prepare each day’s pick up that morning and a “no appointment wIll call” pick up is extremely disrupting to the production of the shop.
Due to the additional costs incurred if at any time after the 24 hour grace period you choose to change from Will Call to have your order shipped you will be charged the associated crate and shipping cost (even if it was free at the time of order) plus an appropriate order change fee.
