Can I join if I’m buying for my own home?
Yes. Homeowners, pro DIYers, design enthusiasts and influencers are welcome alongside contractors, builders, architects and interior designers. You can join for your own project, including a single door.
Do I need a business license or business email?
No. No business ID, professional credentials or reseller certificate is required to join. Use your personal or business email, and leave the company name blank if you are joining as an individual.
How does the 20% discount work?
The regular member benefit is 20% off eligible product pricing through your active trade account, plus 3% in rewards toward future orders. You do not need to reach a spending tier. Sign in and confirm the final pricing shown in your cart before ordering. Program terms apply.
Can I use my existing Rustica account?
Yes. Sign in below with your existing account and complete your membership details. If you do not have an account, create one first. Your trade pricing is available once your membership is active.
Can you help me choose or customize a door?
Yes. Our design team can help with styles, dimensions, materials and available options, whether you’re choosing a single door or planning a whole-home door package.
Does membership include installation?
Rustica designs, manufactures and ships your doors. Installation is arranged by you. Our installation instructions and customer service team can help with product and installation questions.
Does joining make my purchases tax exempt?
No. Membership and tax exemption are separate. If your purchases qualify for tax exemption, provide the required certificate before ordering and confirm that tax is not charged. See the program details below.

The regular 20% trade discount applies to eligible product pricing through your active trade account, subject to the Terms and Conditions .
Tax-exempt purchases
A tax exemption certificate is not required to join the program. Tax-exempt purchases are handled separately.
If you are TAX EXEMPT please provide your tax exemption certificate to us BEFORE placing your order. Do NOT submit your order until you see that tax is not being charged. Should you place your order with tax being charged you are accepting that cost and Rustica will be passing those taxes to the appropriate tax authority for your area. Rustica is not responsible to refund tax, however, you may be able to receive it from your local tax authority and should contact them.
Trade Partner Agreement
Rustica provides discounted pricing to Trade Partners under the following terms, conditions and program guidelines. The Rustica website should serve as the source for all information about Rustica products including but not limited to, images, styles, options, selections, build times and policies.
Trade Partners are not allowed to use any Rustica images or other information on any other websites without express written permission.
Trade Partners are not allowed to sell Rustica products on their own web page or advertise specific Rustica products on the internet.
Any and all money returned to Trade Partners is processed as Rustica Store Credit on your account to be used for future purposes.
The discounted pricing is applicable only to orders placed through the Trade Partners login in the Rustica website.
