The Struck barn door hardware is a timeless look to add to your custom barn door. Bringing in all the character and form from decades past with the high precision craftsmanship you can expect with a Rustica made product, this barn door hardware will not disappoint. 100% USA made, the Struck is fabricated from solid 3/16" steel plate strap and is coupled with a high grade fully machined solid aluminum spoked wheel. Our powder coated finish adds to the look and long lasting quality of this hardware providing generations of service and enjoyment.

The clearance needed to install this hardware is 8.5" which includes at minimum a 1/2" of wiggle room.

This hardware kit comes with everything needed for setup and installation.

Not sure what i was expecting, but when this arrived, I was very impressed. It is well made out of quality material, heavy duty, and a lot bigger than I imagined. My wife and I cant wait to install this in our new home!

What materials are the track and hangers made from?

The track and hangers are 100% steel, laser cut and bent (if needed) in our metal shop in Springville Utah.

What are the wheels made of?

The standard black wheels are made from a durable nylon that is long lasting and very quiet.

Some hardware styles offer 3" aluminum wheels, with a few variations and finish options.

The larger 4.5" wheels are aluminum and offer variations and finish options.

Is the track offered in standard lengths or do you cut it to size?

A few styles, including the same day shipping styles, offer fixed lengths of track, but the majority of the systems we offer allow you to cut to the inch.

How far off the wall does the track install?

Most of our hardware styles work with our patented adjustable spacers. We offer 3 sizes and the size shipped is determined by the thickness of the door. The adjustable spacers and optional heavy duty spacers allow a wide range or distance from the wall and as close as 3/8" depending on the width of the door and the size of the spacer.

Why would I want adjustable stops?

Typically the standard stops are all that is needed, especially if you order the track to the exact length that you need. However, sometimes there are unique installations that benefit from an adjustable stop which can be placed virtually anywhere on the track.
