Shown in Alder with our Stripped White Finish, our Classic Barn Door Hardware in the Flat Black Finish with the Industric Pull.
The Stable Barn Door has the look and feel or doors frequently found in horse stables across the country and around the world. The visible strength of the central rail is complemented with a "Z" overlay on the top half and a mirrored "Z" on the bottom. The Stable Door style is particularly impressive as a bi-parting system which, when paired together, has the look of a large "X" with the horizontal rail and vertical stile running through the center.
These doors are a visual reminder of equestrian barns everywhere. While many individual stalls have the traditional Dutch doors (you can find ours here) leading to the outside, (`so the horse can stick its head out, but not be able to leave the stable) you can often see large Stable bi-parting (also called converging or double) sliding barn doors opening up to reveal the inner corridor with horse stalls on both sides and saddles, tackle and hay arranged neatly near each stall.
