Inspired by the French Renaissance.  "French Doors" are doors with bigger glass areas and were intended to maximize natural lighting as indoor lighting was limited to candles, lamps and furnaces. Neighboring countries were quick to adopt this design, giving credit to the French Renaissance by calling it, quite simply, “French Doors”

To personalize, select your metal type preference and enter your door’s dimensions. Next, edit the styling features of the door, which include the glass style, metal door frame finish, and door pull style–the bypass pull setup allows you to select the door handle locations. Then, move to the hardware setup and choose your hanger style and finish, wheel style, and tracking details. You can even add a door guide and additional hangers to your design.

The Grand Hall Bypassing Barn Doors operates using a bypass system that allows one door to slide in front of the other. Our bypass systems come with two doors and four barn door hardware hangers for your installation needs.
