Standard is 5-1/2" above door knob boring.

For Dutch Doors the dead bolt bore will be on the top door.

The door will be prepared with the double bore hole, latch bore and latch plate mortise for a dead bolt.

The Jamb will NOT be prepared with any latch bore or strike plate mortise for the dead bolt.

Please note that if you select double doors the t-astragal will be installed on the inactive door. If you select an outswing double door the t-astragal will be installed on the inactive door and will on the "inside" of the doors.

Match Door - Rustica designs the sidelight style to match the door style. Please call if you have specific requirements or questions about the sidelights.

Note: For door styles with vertical grids:

Due to the complexity in matching "window" width the Match Door sidelight will only have horizontal grid patterns unless the sidelight is wide enough to add a vertical grid or grids that will create similar width "windows" as the door.

Rustica Sidelight- the sidelight will be a full lite, full glass featuring all glass from top to bottom of sidelight with no grids.

None- the sidelight will not be included

Transom windows will not have a grid pattern of any sort.
