Years ago, Rustica Hardware’s product development team had an idea that would help homeowners and DIY enthusiasts build a beautiful barn door at home. The idea was a pre-fabricated solid wood door kit that is easy to assemble and ships direct to your door via UPS.

The basic idea is that we design and fabricate unique barn doors which you can choose as unfinished or finished slats ( we will finish each slat in one of our beautiful designer finishes or we will custom match a color for you) that are wrapped as boards ready to be assembled by you at home! Due to the fact that we can ship this door via UPS verses having to build a crate, and ship the door via large truck common carrier, we can offer our barn doors at an amazing price! These are SOLID KNOTTY ALDER barn doors! Our doors are not made of plywood and they are not hollow core.

Included in the barn door kit are simple instructions and everything you need to build the door including all screws and bolts.
